Digital Accessibility Observatory

The Luxembourg Digital Accessibility Observatory presents accessibility assessments carried out on a selection of Luxembourg public sector websites and apps since 2020. Its aim is to provide comparative statistics and highlight the efforts undertaken in this area.

Each year, three types of audits are carried out

In-Depth web audits, which assess 136 RAWeb criteria per analyzed page (around fifteen pages are inspected);
Mobile audits, which assess 108 RAAM criteria per analyzed screen (around ten screens are inspected);
Simplified web audits, which assess 53 RAWeb or RGAA criteria per analyzed page (three pages are inspected).

What do administrative levels include?

The state level includes websites and apps related to the state (government, public administrations, schools, etc.);
The cities level includes websites and apps of municipalities and municipal associations;
The third level includes websites and apps of public law bodies, as defined in Article 2 d) of the amended law of April 8, 2018, on public procurement.
